If you sent wrong coins to your Mercuriex coin address:

  1. Mercuriex generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service.
  2. If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, Mercuriex may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time and risk.
  3. If you wish to request Mercuriex to recover your coins, please provide: your Mercuriex account email, coin name, address, amount, TXid(Critical), transaction screenshot.  The Mercuriex team will judge whether or not your coins will be recovered.
  4. Once a judgment has been made, you will be sent the case details.  If it is possible to recover your coins, you will be sent a instructions about the recovery process.
